My portable BBQ needed a table so I searched ana-white.com for a design that would suit my needs and discovered this slated console table. It only required a circular saw, jig saw, Kreg Jig and power drill, so I headed to Home Depot and purchased five 1×4″ and two 1×3″ pieces 8′ long, and four straight stair baulsters at 42″.
The pocket holes were drilled first, using the Kreg Jig.
I made the top of the table first, then the bottom and finally the aprons and legs.
The entire console took less than a day. It is the perfect size for serving and my BBQ!
